TUDOR-Immobilien-Kap (TUK) is the South African subsidiary of TUDOR-House-Consulting, a Real Estate Agency in Germany. Its Managing Director is their principal since 1984 and since 1989 he spends the South African summer in Cape Town.

"Immobilien" means Real Estate and respresents the prime focus of the company, which is situated in Germany in an anglo-saxon countryhouse from the architectual TUDOR-epoch.
